Conference Evaluation is Electronic
To increase accuracy and efficiency, evaluations will be completed and submitted using an electronic format in Survey Monkey.
To complete the evaluation you will need two pieces of information. One is your participant number, provided on your name badge. The other is this link to the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2017_Annual_Conference. You will also receive an email with the link after the conference.
To complete the survey, click on or enter the link. The survey will ask for your participant number. Once that’s entered, you can complete any part of the evaluation—the overall or session evaluations. The survey will not allow you to save your work, so make sure you submit your evaluation as you complete it.
You can return to the survey as many times as you need to complete session evaluations and the overall conference evaluation. WAPC staff will collate all survey results to make sure you receive continuing education credit for each session you attended.
