Conference Evaluation is Electronic
To increase accuracy and efficiency, conference evaluations are in an electronic format, using Survey Monkey.
To complete the evaluation you will need only the link to the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2017_Annual_Conference. You will also receive an email with the link after the conference.
The survey will ask for your name and email address. Once that’s entered, you can complete any part of the evaluation—the overall or individual session evaluations. The survey will not allow you to save your work, so make sure you submit the survey any time you complete a section. You can return to the survey as many times as you need to complete session evaluations and the overall conference evaluation.
WAPC staff will collate all survey results to make sure you receive continuing education credit for each session you attended.
PLEASE NOTE: The electronic evaluation must be completed by May 30, 2017, to receive continuing education credits. After May 30, you will NOT be able to receive continuing education credits.
