To take advantage of the conference, participants are encouraged to register for all three days. Fees are structured to minimize out-of-pocket expenses during your stay.

Full-Conference Fee includes:
All presentations, electronic handouts, receptions, exhibits, author-attended poster session, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and awards banquet.

Sunday Only Fee includes:
Sunday presentations, electronic handouts, reception, and exhibits.

Monday Only Fee includes:
All Monday presentations, electronic handouts, reception, exhibits, author-attended poster session, continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and awards banquet.

Tuesday Only Fee includes:
All Tuesday presentations, electronic handouts, continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch.

Cancellations: After March 22, 2019, a $50 fee will be assessed for cancelled registrations. After April 1, 2019, no refunds will be made on cancellations.

Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations are not included in the registration fee.
